The HR and ESG team ensures FYUL attracts, develops, and supports the people who will shape what’s next – while keeping us aligned with the values that matter inside and out.
The department brings together five key functions:
- Environment, Social, and Governance (ESG) leads our internal and external ESG commitments, from compliance to impactful initiatives.
- HR Business Partnership provides strategic support to teams and managers through a strong local and global Talent Partner network.
- Talent Management designs the tools and systems that help us attract, grow, and retain great people.
- People Operations ensures a smooth, consistent employee experience through thoughtful systems, processes, and support.
