The department is structured around five core areas:

• Print-on-demand platform: Delivering the features and experiences our customers and partners love.
• Data and machine learning: Turning complex data into clear insights – and enabling smarter, faster decisions across FYUL.
• Information security: Keeping our systems, data, and people safe with best-in-class governance and oversight.
• Platform engineering: Empowering developers with tools and automation that help them move faster and build better.
• IT Workplace and infrastructure: Supporting secure, smooth collaboration across teams and offices worldwide.
