5+ years of experience in enterprise sales or business development, ideally with experience selling into or working within the promotional products industry.
Strong familiarity with distributor business models, industry platforms (e.g., commonsku, Facilisgroup, PromoStandards), and fulfillment workflows.
Demonstrated success closing six- and seven-figure deals with complex buying groups.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with comfort engaging C-suite and operational stakeholders.
Highly consultative and strategic in approach—able to tailor solutions that align with each distributor’s client programs and business priorities.
