Enterprise Marketing Director (Remote, US)
We’re not one brand or one type of team. We’re a fast-growing global company made up of many disciplines – all working toward a shared goal: to power great brands, experiences, and people.
About the role:
Our team is at the heart of our success. You'll be part of a culture where everyone is respected, included, and encouraged to grow. We value continuous learning, uphold a high work ethic, and have fun along the way.
Our business keeps growing, so we're looking for an Enterprise Marketing Director to build and lead a new marketing function for FYUL Enterprise. This key leader will be responsible for defining the brand architecture, marketing strategy, and marketing execution across two distinct, high-growth enterprise brands: Snow Commerce (a leading full-stack e-commerce solution for fandoms in Entertainment, Sports, Lifestyle, and Gaming) and Printful Enterprise (a leading merchandise on demand solution for high volume customers).
This role requires a hands-on strategist who is comfortable moving from defining high-level brand strategy to executing tactical content creation. The ideal candidate will establish market presence, drive brand awareness, and create both push (outbound) and pull (end-customer demand generation) marketing programs to fuel the enterprise sales pipeline.
Your daily tasks will include:
Define and execute the brand architecture, value proposition, and go-to-market strategy for Printful Enterprise.
Develop and manage a unified enterprise marketing strategy that serves the distinct needs of Snow Commerce and Printful Enterprise while aligning with FYUL's overall business objectives.
Design and implement data-driven marketing campaigns focusing on high-potential enterprise prospects to build brand awareness and drive qualified leads for the sales team.
Strategize and execute initiatives to create "pull" demand from corporate end-customers, ideally leveraging experience in marketing products/services sold through a distribution or partnership model.
Develop templated marketing materials for Printful Enterprise distribution partners to help build demand.
Lead marketing efforts across key enterprise channels, including trade shows, industry publications, LinkedIn, email marketing, and web presence.
Act as a player-coach, capable of personally executing high-quality marketing materials, including:
Copywriting: Developing compelling long- and short-form copy for web, email, and social media.
Video: Storyboarding and scripting marketing videos.
Presentations/Slides: Creating high-impact pitch decks and sales enablement materials.
Web/Landing Pages: Overseeing and directly contributing to the design and optimization of enterprise web pages.
Manage and optimize the marketing automation and CRM tools used for campaign execution, tracking, and reporting.
Define the future structure of the Enterprise Marketing team and establish foundational processes, tools, and KPIs.
Recruit, manage, and mentor a high-performing team while maintaining a strong, entrepreneurial, and execution-focused culture.
Partner closely with Sales, Product, and Executive teams to ensure marketing efforts are fully aligned with business and product roadmaps.
Your qualifications:
8+ years of progressive experience in B2B or Enterprise Marketing, with at least 3+ years in a leadership or Director-level role.
Proven track record of building and scaling a new marketing function, division, or significant initiative from the ground up (highly entrepreneurial mindset required).
Deep expertise in brand strategy and the execution of outbound campaigns targeting large enterprise customers.
Demonstrated experience in a hands-on, player-coach capacity, with strong skills in copywriting, content creation, and digital marketing execution.
Experience marketing a software service or product that is sold through a channel, distribution, or partnership model.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
What we offer:
Competitive pay and benefits: health, dental, vision, and life insurance
Unlimited PTO
401k with company match
