Enterprise Account Manager (US, Remote)

The Enterprise Account Manager is responsible for managing, growing, and nurturing relationships with Printful's enterprise clients after an account has been successfully closed by an Account Executive. The Account Manager will focus on building long-term partnerships with key decision-makers within assigned accounts, account retention, driving revenue growth, expanding the adoption of Printful’s product suite, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Your daily tasks will include:
- Manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts totaling $5M+ in annual revenue to meet or exceed annual revenue goals.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities for increased revenue and product adoption within your accounts.
- Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, handling escalations, custom orders, storefront optimization, product catalog updates, and more.
- Forecast and track key account metrics and performance against revenue targets.
- Ensure client satisfaction and retention through effective relationship management.
- Drive new opportunities and revenue growth within franchise-based clients by increasing product adoption across their franchisee locations.
- Maintain relationships with marketing managers, procurement officials, and C-level executives.
- Oversee the implementation and ongoing management of profitable pricing and product solutions.
- Guide and monitor the delivery of eCommerce solutions for clients.
- Accurately report pipeline activities and progress to sales leadership.
- Develop and present strategic account plans, both internally and with key client personnel.
Your qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in B2B sales and account management, having successfully managed a $10M+ annual book of business.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, team-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-growing, dynamic environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce) and design software (AI, Photoshop) is a plus.
- Knowledge of print-on-demand industry preferred.
- Ability to quickly become an expert in Printful's materials, processes, and products.
- Ability to network and maintain strong professional relationships.
- Some travel may be required.

If our Talent Acquisition Team believes that you could be a great fit for the role, we’ll invite you to a 30-45-minute introductory call. Our goal is to learn about your relevant experiences, skills, and motivations. This is also your chance to ask any questions you may have about FYUL.
Practical Task
Some roles require our candidates to complete a practical assignment. It helps us assess your problem-solving skills and your ability to complete the duties required for the role.
These can come in the form of a take-home assignment or a live session where a dedicated team member will guide you through the process and answer any of your questions.
Hiring Manager Interview
The next step is a 30-60-minute call to meet the hiring manager. The goal of this call is to assess if you have the skills necessary for the role. Expect more detailed questions about your experience and some situational or behavioral questions.
Decision and Offer
Once all of your interviews are done, our team will get together to review everyone’s feedback and make a decision.
If we decide that you are the best candidate for the role, our recruiter will reach out to you with an offer.
Once you have accepted the offer, our HR Operations Team will contact you to walk you through the contract signing process.
