Charla Introductoria

Entrevista Presencial
El siguiente paso es una entrevista presencial de 15 a 30 minutos.
El objetivo de esta entrevista es evaluar si cuentas con las habilidades y la actitud necesarias para el puesto. Puedes esperar preguntas más detalladas sobre tu experiencia y algunas preguntas situacionales o de comportamiento.
Prueba Práctica
Durante tu visita a nuestro centro de producción, te pediremos realizar una breve tarea práctica. De esta manera, tendrás la oportunidad de comprender mejor cómo sería tu trabajo diario.
Decisión y Oferta
Una vez completados todos los pasos anteriores, nuestro equipo tomará una decisión. Si decidimos que eres el/la mejor candidato/a para el puesto, nuestro reclutador/a se pondrá en contacto contigo con una oferta. Una vez que hayas aceptado la oferta, nuestro equipo de Operaciones de RR. HH. se comunicará contigo para guiarte en el proceso de firma del contrato.
