Enterprise Account Executive, New Business
We’re not one brand or one type of team. We’re a fast-growing global company made up of many disciplines – all working toward a shared goal: to power great brands, experiences, and people.
About Printful Enterprise
Printful Enterprise helps brands, platforms and distributors offer personalized merchandise at scale through an integrated network of on-demand production, ecommerce technology and global fulfillment. We bring together proprietary commerce and fulfillment technology with more than 100 first- and third-party production sites. Our customers need a better way to serve variable demand, handle customization, and launch merchandise programs without taking on unnecessary inventory risk.
The opportunity
We're hiring two Enterprise Account Executives who know how to create their own pipeline, convert meaningful B2B opportunities and get customer programs live. These are full-cycle, quota-carrying individual contributor roles reporting to the Head of Enterprise Sales.
The ideal candidate is a hungry, proven enterprise hunter. You take ownership of your number, know which accounts to pursue and why, run strong discovery, move complex deals forward and maintain a Salesforce pipeline anyone can inspect. You use AI and sales technology to make real commercial work faster and better, and you can explain what actually changed because of it.
You don't need a background in printing or promotional merchandise to succeed here. Relevant experience helps, but your track record of generating and converting business, ability to learn, and willingness to own the outcome matter much more. You'll pursue customers across NIL and licensed merchandise, corporate gifting and rewards, marketplaces, promotional merchandise and other use cases where our capabilities match a real customer need.
Your daily tasks will include:
Personally build and own a qualified enterprise pipeline through account targeting, outbound prospecting, signals, referrals, executive engagement and disciplined follow-through.
Prioritize accounts by customer pain, potential, buying readiness and FYUL's ability to deliver. Translate customer hypotheses into repeatable sales plays, rather than pursuing every attractive logo.
Lead the full sales cycle: research, discovery, value hypothesis, qualification, stakeholder mapping, solution development, negotiation, close and launch coordination.
Multi-thread buying groups across commercial, marketing, sourcing, ecommerce, procurement and operations teams. Earn executive trust by connecting customer needs to a clear business case.
Use Salesforce as a reliable system of record: accurate stages, next meetings, tasks, decision-makers, opportunity value, close dates, risks, forecasts and expected launch milestones.
Use AI in practical, accountable ways: accelerate account research, enrich contacts, identify buying signals, develop tailored outreach and keep next actions moving. Apply human judgment and approved-data safeguards.
Partner with Account Management, technology, merchandising, production, legal and finance to qualify feasibility, shape the right solution and get customers from contract to first live orders.
Inspect your own conversion funnel, run focused outbound experiments and share evidence on what works. Bring prospect feedback into our ICP, product-market-fit and GTM decisions.
Represent Printful Enterprise at customer meetings and selected conferences, and communicate clearly with cross-functional teams.
Your qualifications:
A demonstrated history of producing new B2B revenue, ideally in mid-market or enterprise sales, including opportunities you personally sourced, progressed and closed. You can point to attainment, conversion and commercial outcomes.
An owner mentality and the appetite to prospect consistently. You can work from incomplete information, build a target-account strategy and stay accountable for the next step.
Strong discovery, value-based selling, multi-stakeholder navigation, negotiation and executive-level communication.
Excellent CRM discipline and forecasting. You know how to distinguish real pipeline from activity and how to keep deals moving without losing commercial or launch rigor.
Applied AI experience in a sales workflow you have personally built, configured or meaningfully adopted. You can discuss the tools, how you used them, your quality checks and their effect on productivity or conversions.
Commercial curiosity and learning speed. You enjoy becoming fluent in a new product, testing use cases, and telling us quickly where customer demand meets our capabilities.
Comfort working cross-functionally through implementation challenges. You measure success by customers who launch and generate revenue, not just contracts signed.
Helpful experience, not rigid requirements
Typically 5+ years of B2B closing experience, with enterprise or meaningful mid-market deal ownership; exceptional performance matters more than a precise tenure count.
Experience selling enterprise SaaS or services into commerce, retail, marketing, supply chain, logistics, operations or similar functions.
Familiarity with Salesforce and modern data/enrichment, sales engagement and AI tools. Advanced agentic prospecting workflows are a strong plus, not a requirement.
Exposure to print-on-demand, branded merchandise, fulfillment, licensing or ecommerce integrations is helpful but not expected.
What success looks like
We often prioritize customer relationships with approximately $1M–$10M in annual opportunity potential; this describes attractive customer opportunities, not an individual quota. Your impact will be judged by self-sourced qualified pipeline, the quality and pace of opportunity progression, forecast reliability, customer launches and the revenue that follows.
In the first 30 days, you'll learn our capabilities, establish a focused account list and demonstrate an accurate, human-reviewed AI-supported prospecting workflow. By 60 days, you'll be generating qualified conversations, running measured outbound tests and developing credible opportunities with launch plans. By 90 days, you'll show consistent pipeline creation, advancing deals, CRM rigor and useful customer/market learning. Your specific targets will be set based on your starting book and ramp.
Location and travel
US remote. East Coast strongly preferred; Charlotte, North Carolina is a plus. Plan for approximately two to three trips per quarter for customer meetings, team collaboration and industry events. Note that we can only hire in California, Connecticut, llinois, Massachusetts, North Carolina, New Jersey, Ohio, South Carolina, Texas, Florida
Base salary btwn $130K-150K, ~250K OTE, depending on work experience, education, and skills
