Product Marketing Manager
We’re not one brand or one type of team. We’re a fast-growing global company made up of many disciplines – all working toward a shared goal: to power great brands, experiences, and people.
About the role:
Our team is at the heart of our success. You’ll be part of a culture where everyone is respected, included, and encouraged to grow. We value continuous learning, uphold a high work ethic, and have fun along the way. Our business keeps growing, so we’re looking for a skilled Product Marketing Manager to join our team.
Product Marketing sits at the intersection of Product, Growth, Partnerships, and Sales. In this role, you will translate product capabilities into clear customer value, define how and why our products win in the market, and drive adoption through strong positioning, messaging, and go-to-market execution. You will ensure that every initiative is clearly understood internally, resonates externally, and delivers measurable impact for both users and the business.
The Product Marketing Manager is responsible for developing go-to-market strategies and driving growth initiatives across cross-functional teams. The role involves identifying opportunities across the funnel, leveraging deep user insights, and acting as the voice of the customer to ensure product development and marketing efforts are aligned with market needs and customer expectations.
Your daily tasks will include:
Work closely with the Product team on go-to-market and growth strategies for new and existing features and product areas
Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns across Sales, Customer Success, and Acquisition channels
Own and report on Product Marketing performance, ensuring clear accountability for results and business impact
Identify and act on user and funnel insights (quantitative and qualitative), including data analysis, surveys, and research in collaboration with the Research team
Shape product positioning, messaging, and in-product communication to drive adoption and engagement
Align cross-functional teams on priorities, ensuring consistency in strategy and execution across Product, Growth, Sales, and Partnerships
Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and risks
Proactively identify growth opportunities and improvements to the overall platform experience
Your qualifications:
3+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Marketing Strategy, or a related role within a software company
Experience working in cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders at all levels of an organization
You must be hands-on, ready to connect the dots, engage stakeholders, and ensure alignment between strategy and tactics.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to simplify complex ideas for different audiences
Good understanding of marketing performance indicators and funnel metrics (activation, engagement, retention, conversion)
Experience collaborating with Product teams on feature development and go-to-market launches
Experience in e-commerce or marketplace environments is a plus
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable working independently in remote or distributed teams
What we offer:
A global, inclusive team that’s as supportive as it is ambitious and serious about getting things done
An opportunity to work remotely or in a modern and welcoming office in Riga, Tallinn, or Barcelona
Flexible working hours (start your day as late as 11 AM)
