Supply Product Manager
We’re not one brand or one type of team. We’re a fast-growing global company made up of many disciplines – all working toward a shared goal: to power great brands, experiences, and people.
About the role:
Supplier Management sits within the Supply Tech pillar at FYUL - the parent company behind Printify, Printful, and Snow Commerce. The team's mission is to build the technology that enables Decorators to go from zero to live on the platform in under 24 hours, without touching a single internal FYUL team.
You will own the product roadmap for Supplier Management, the team responsible for making it fast, accurate, and scalable for Decorators to onboard their catalog onto the platform. This is a high-leverage role: the quality and speed of supplier onboarding directly determines how wide and competitive our assortment is for merchants.
You will work closely with Decorators, internal operations teams, and engineering to reduce friction in the onboarding journey, improve data quality, and scale the process to handle growing catalog volumes.
You Will Own:
The end-to-end product experience for Decorator self-onboarding, from data import to live catalog availability
The internal tools and workflows used by internal operations teams to manage and validate assortment
Initiatives to reduce manual effort in supplier onboarding through AI, automation and better tooling
Clear, measurable outcomes - you will define KPIs that connect your work to catalog growth, supplier activation rates, and time-to-live
What We Expect:
You are commercially minded and have a deep understanding of technology
You write PRDs that are solution-complete before execution begins. No discovery disguised as delivery
You stay tightly aligned with your Engineers and Engineering Manager. Engineering owns this roadmap too
You communicate in clear, direct language. No passive voice, no vague claims like "significantly improves." Back statements with data
You focus. Two or three well-executed initiatives beat six half-baked ones
You know your users - both Decorators using the portal and internal ops teams
You collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Design, Data, and other Engineering teams. For them, you are the one who makes the roadmap legible, and the respective requirements for each department clear
Background We're Looking For:
5+ years in product management, ideally working on products with a marketplace or platform dynamics
Experience working with external partners or suppliers as primary users
Mindset for building a platform: you design a system where FYUL sets the rules, and suppliers set their offers accordingly
Comfort with operational complexity - understanding data pipelines, catalog structures, and internal workflow tooling
Experience in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment
What we offer:
Competitive salary, depending on work experience, education, and skills
A global, inclusive team that’s as supportive as it is ambitious and serious about getting things done
An opportunity to work remotely or in a modern and welcoming office in Riga
Flexible working hours (start your day as late as 11 AM)
Private health insurance
2 extra paid days off to focus on your mental or physical well-being
1 extra paid day off to celebrate a Birthday or any other celebration of your choice
Internal and external learning opportunities
Access to mentorship, internal meetups, and hackathons, both on-site and online
Free and healthy lunch if you work from the Rīga office
Design and order your own merch using our platforms with an employee discount
Exciting team-building events and parties you’ll never forget!
