About the role:

That’s why we’re looking for a detail-oriented People Operations Specialist to join us. In this position, you’ll support the day-to-day administration and execution of core HR processes, employee lifecycle transactions, HRIS data management, compliance activities, reporting, and employee support services.
This role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely execution of HR administrative processes while supporting organizational compliance, operational efficiency, and a positive employee experience.
Your daily tasks will include:
HR Administration & Employee Lifecycle Support
Process employee transactions, including new hires, transfers, promotions, status changes, and terminations
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities and documentation
Prepare and maintain employee records and personnel files
Support employee document management and record retention practices
Manage HR workflows, approvals, and administrative processes
Coordinate employment verification requests and employee documentation needs
Support employee communication initiatives and distribution of HR information
Assist with organizational updates, reporting relationships, and employee data maintenance
HRIS Administration & Data Management
Maintain employee records and ensure HRIS data accuracy
Process employee data changes and system transactions
Run standard HR reports, audits, and workforce metrics
Monitor data integrity and resolve discrepancies
Support HR system testing, upgrades, and implementation activities
Maintain electronic personnel files and document repositories
Troubleshoot basic HRIS issues and provide end-user support
Assist with workflow configuration and process improvements
Compliance & Documentation Support
Maintain I-9 records and employment documentation
Oversee E-Verify administration and compliance requirements
Support internal and external audit preparation and documentation requests
Ensure personnel files remain compliant, organized, and audit-ready
Track required compliance training and supporting documentation
Assist with policy distribution and acknowledgment tracking
Monitor recurring compliance deadlines and reporting requirements
Support record retention and document management practices
Reporting & Operational Support
Generate recurring and ad hoc HR reports
Assist with workforce data analysis and reporting requests
Maintain HR dashboards and reporting documentation
Support process documentation and standard operating procedures
Identify opportunities to improve administrative efficiency and data quality
Assist with special projects and People Operations initiatives
Employee Support & Service Delivery
Serve as a first point of contact for HR administrative and operational questions
Provide employee support related to HR processes, policies, and systems
Escalate complex employee relations or policy matters appropriately
Maintain high responsiveness and customer service standards
Support employee onboarding and orientation activities
Coordinate administrative HR tasks and employee communications
Promote a positive employee experience through timely and professional service

Your qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum of 2 years of Human Resources, HR Operations, or HR Administration experience
Experience working with HRIS systems and employee data management
Experience supporting HR compliance and employee lifecycle processes preferred
