Business Development Manager (Hybrid in Hanoi, Vietnam)

About the role:
We are looking for a driven and ambitious Business Development Manager to join our growing Sales team in Vietnam. In this role, you will identify, engage, and convert potential customers into successful Printify merchants while contributing to the growth of Vietnam's e-commerce and print-on-demand community.
Your daily tasks will include:
Drive customer acquisition by converting leads into active, paying Printify merchants.
Present, promote, and sell Printify products and services to prospective customers.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of new business opportunities.
Understand merchants’ business models and challenges, and demonstrate how Printify can help them achieve their goals.
Negotiate and close sales agreements to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Analyze sales performance and market trends to identify growth opportunities and optimize sales strategies.
Collaborate closely with the Merchant Success team to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term merchant success.
Stay informed about e-commerce trends, industry best practices, and competitor activities.
Participate in initiatives that strengthen Printify's presence within the Vietnamese merchant community.
Your qualifications:
At least 1-3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or a related customer acquisition role.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Passion for technology, entrepreneurship, and e-commerce.
Experience in SaaS, technology, or the Print-on-Demand industry is a strong advantage.
Experience using CRM platforms and analytics tools such as Looker or Power BI.
Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.
Self-motivated, resilient, goal-oriented, and a collaborative team player.

If our Talent Acquisition Team believes that you could be a great fit for the role, we’ll invite you to a 30-45-minute introductory call. Our goal is to learn about your relevant experiences, skills, and motivations. This is also your chance to ask any questions you may have about FYUL.
Practical Task
Some roles require our candidates to complete a practical assignment. It helps us assess your problem-solving skills and your ability to complete the duties required for the role.
These can come in the form of a take-home assignment or a live session where a dedicated team member will guide you through the process and answer any of your questions.
Hiring Manager Interview
The next step is a 30-60-minute call to meet the hiring manager. The goal of this call is to assess if you have the skills necessary for the role. Expect more detailed questions about your experience and some situational or behavioral questions.
Decision and Offer
Once all of your interviews are done, our team will get together to review everyone’s feedback and make a decision.
If we decide that you are the best candidate for the role, our recruiter will reach out to you with an offer.
Once you have accepted the offer, our HR Operations Team will contact you to walk you through the contract signing process.
