Customer Support Agent (Remote, English Speaking, May 18th)

About the role:
Our customers are at the heart of everything we do. As a Customer Support Agent, you're the person they turn to when something goes wrong — or when they need someone who actually knows what they're doing.
You'll handle live chats and emails, solve order and account issues, help merchants grow their businesses, and make sure every interaction leaves the customer in a better place. This is a full-time, shift-based role in a team that takes both the work and each other seriously.
Your daily tasks will include:
Handling customer enquiries via live chat and email — with clarity, empathy, and accuracy
Diagnosing and resolving order, shipping, and account issues
Helping merchants set up their stores and get the most from the platform
Flagging patterns and trends so we fix problems at the root, not just the surface
Collaborating with your team — sharing knowledge, escalating with context, keeping information flowing
Your qualifications:

Full-time availability for shift-based work, including evenings and/or weekends
Legal right to work a full-time job (40 hours per week) in Latvia
Nice to have — but not required: previous CS experience or familiarity with e-commerce or print-on-demand.
This is a full-time remote position working a rotating schedule of four days on and two days off, with shifts from 14:30 to 23:00, including weekends and public holidays.

Our Hiring Process
Practical Task
A practical task helps us assess your ability to complete the duties required for the position and will give you an insight into the day-to-day tasks for this role.
These can come in the form of a take-home assignment or a live session where a dedicated team member will guide you through the process and answer any of your questions.
Intro Chat
We’ll invite you to a 30-45-minute introductory call. Our goal is to learn about your relevant experiences, skills, and motivations. This is also your chance to ask any questions you may have about FYUL.
Final Interview
Your last meeting will be a 60-minute call with the potential direct manager relevant to your role
Decision and Offer
Once all of your interviews are done, our team will get together to review everyone’s feedback and make a decision.
If we decide that you are the best candidate for the role, our recruiter will reach out to you with an offer.
Once you have accepted the offer, our HR Operations Team will contact you to walk you through the contract signing process.
