Senior Digital Designer (Sales & Enterprise Squad)
We’re not one brand or one type of team. We’re a fast-growing global company made up of many disciplines – all working toward a shared goal: to power great brands, experiences, and people.
About the role:
Our team is at the heart of our success. You’ll be part of a culture where everyone is respected, included, and encouraged to grow. We value continuous learning, uphold a high work ethic, and have fun along the way. Our business keeps growing, so we’re looking for a skilled Senior Digital Designer to join our team.
The Senior Digital Designer (Sales & Enterprise Squad) is responsible for designing and delivering high-quality, brand-consistent visual materials that support Sales, Embed, and Enterprise teams across key commercial touchpoints. The role contributes to sales storytelling through pitch materials, product value explainers, and case studies, while supporting Enterprise Marketing initiatives such as targeted outbound campaigns, ABM (Account-based marketing), and event presence.
Working closely with the Design Lead (Sales & Enterprise Squad), this role ensures fast, reliable execution, maintains a high craft standard, and supports scalable delivery through templates, systems, and strong stakeholder collaboration.
Your daily tasks will include:
Deliver high-quality, brand-consistent design across Sales, Embed, and Enterprise touchpoints, aligned with squad priorities and creative direction.
Design and iterate Sales enablement materials (pitch decks, proposal templates, case studies, one-pagers, product value explainers) ensuring clarity, usability, and high adoption.
Support Enterprise Marketing initiatives by creating visuals for targeted outbound campaigns, ABM programs, and strategic outreach materials.
Support Enterprise event design execution, including booth visuals, collateral, screens, banners, event merch, and event-specific pitch assets.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders to clarify requirements, manage iterations efficiently, and ensure reliable delivery across multiple requests.
Contribute to scalable delivery through templates, design systems, organized file management, and strong handovers, supporting Enterprise rebrand consistency where needed.
Your qualifications:
B2B & SaaS Background: You have a proven track record working within B2B or SaaS companies, specifically designing for and supporting the unique needs of Sales and Enterprise organizations.
Relentless Customer Focus: You are ready to immerse yourself in Sales, Enterprise, and Embed workflows to deeply understand their tools and audiences. You prioritize clarity and usability to ensure real-world adoption.
Entrepreneurial Ownership: You take end-to-end responsibility for your deliverables. You don’t just execute; you proactively identify opportunities to improve quality, speed, and team efficiency through better templates and systems.
Strategic Problem Solving: You excel at translating ambiguous requests into structured design solutions. You know how to ask the right questions to clarify requirements and aren't afraid to escalate risks early with proposed trade-offs.
Iterative & Feedback-Driven: You move fast, gathering feedback and iterating quickly based on stakeholder input and performance signals. You view critique as a tool for growth and better outcomes.
Clear Communication & Documentation: You are a reliable communicator who keeps stakeholders and Design Leads in the loop. You document your work meticulously to support seamless handovers and long-term consistency.
Collaboration & Craft: You contribute to a strong team culture through your reliability, openness, and high standards for design craft.
AI-Forward Mindset (Nice to Have): You are comfortable leveraging AI for image generation, editing, and brainstorming to accelerate your creative process.
Motion Knowledge (Big Nice to Have): You have experience with motion design and can use it to bring an extra layer of engagement to your work.
