Maintain and optimize People Analytics dashboards focused on headcount, compensation, and personnel costs.
Respond to ad-hoc data requests from leadership with high accuracy and speed.
Data Quality & Integrity:
Serve as the primary owner for data validation and reconciliation across all HR systems.
Partner with Talent and Finance teams to resolve data discrepancies and align on requirements.
Compensation & Benefits (C&B) Support:
Conduct deep-dive analytical reviews to identify trends or anomalies in compensation data.
Provide hands-on support for salary reviews, pay equity analyses, and benchmarking surveys.
Manage data preparation and validation for variable pay, incentives, and sales commission programs.
Governance:
Ensure strict compliance with data protection (GDPR) and confidentiality protocols regarding sensitive employee information.
Your Qualifications
Analytical Expertise: Proven experience in HR data analysis, People Analytics, or Compensation reporting.
Technical Proficiency: Strong Excel skills (vlookups, pivot tables, data modeling) and experience with BI tools/dashboards.
Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to data quality and the ability to reconcile complex datasets.
Communication: Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
