We are looking for a hands-on and proactive IT Administrator & Technician to be the primary on-site IT contact for our office in Barcelona and production center in Sant Climent de Llobregat. You will take ownership of day-to-day IT operations, provide on-site support to end-users, and independently resolve IT issues. This role requires strong autonomy, initiative, and a problem-solving mindset.
You will also act as smart hands for our central IT and Network teams, supporting basic network and infrastructure-related tasks on-site.
Your daily tasks will include:
Provide on-site IT support for office and production center users.
Act as the main IT person on-site, owning and resolving issues independently.
Prepare, deploy, and maintain IT equipment for onboardings and device replacements (PCs, laptops, iOS tablets and phones, printers, scanners, and other production IT equipment).
Troubleshoot hardware, OS, application, and peripheral issues.
Assist IT Network & Infrastructure teams with on-site tasks (smart hands).
Support and maintain IT workplace tools and systems.
Document solutions and follow IT processes and best practices.
Your qualifications:
2+ years of experience in IT support or a similar hands-on role.
Strong ability to work independently and proactively.
Experience supporting Windows and macOS endpoints.
Basic IT networking knowledge for troubleshooting and on-site setups.
Good communication skills and a user-focused mindset.
Nice to Have (Can Be Taught):
Experience with tools like Okta, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Atlassian, Intune, Jamf.
Basic scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python).
IT certifications (e.g. CompTIA A+, Microsoft, Google, Okta).

Our Hiring Process
Intro Chat
If our Talent Acquisition Team believes that you could be a great fit for the role, we’ll invite you to a 30-45-minute introductory call. Our goal is to learn about your relevant experiences, skills, and motivations. This is also your chance to ask any questions you may have about FYUL.
Practical Task
Some roles require our candidates to complete a practical assignment. It helps us assess your problem-solving skills and your ability to complete the duties required for the role.
These can come in the form of a take-home assignment or a live session where a dedicated team member will guide you through the process and answer any of your questions.
Hiring Manager Interview
The next step is a 30-60-minute call to meet the hiring manager. The goal of this call is to assess if you have the skills necessary for the role. Expect more detailed questions about your experience and some situational or behavioral questions.
Decision and Offer
Once all of your interviews are done, our team will get together to review everyone’s feedback and make a decision.
If we decide that you are the best candidate for the role, our recruiter will reach out to you with an offer.
Once you have accepted the offer, our HR Operations Team will contact you to walk you through the contract signing process.
