About the role:
As the Global Compensation & Benefits Lead, you will be responsible for developing, implementing and executing comprehensive compensation and benefits strategies that attract, retain, and motivate top talent across our global operations. You will ensure that our compensation programs are competitive, equitable, and aligned with business goals, while also fostering a culture of performance and recognition.
Your daily tasks will include:
Design and implement global compensation strategies in line with the organization's goals and values.
Ensure that compensation programs are competitive, equitable, and compliant with local regulations.
Conduct comparative analyses of employee benefits offerings across geographical regions, including market analysis to identify trends and best practices in the industry.
Develop and recommend strategies for optimizing benefits packages to meet local needs and support organizational objectives.
Manage the organization’s share options program, ensuring effective communication and understanding among employees.
Perform regular internal and external benchmarks for compensation and benefits against industry standards and competitors.
Utilize data to make informed recommendations and adjustments to compensation programs.
Lead global compensation review cycle.
Your qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in global compensation and benefits, including managerial roles.
Deep understanding of compensation laws, regulations (e.g.The EU Pay Transparency Directive), and best practices across various geographical locations.
Proven experience in developing and leading compensation strategies in a global context.
Strong analytical skills with experience in market analysis and benchmarking.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
Proficient in HRIS and compensation software; experience with data analytics tools is a plus.
Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze complex data and translate findings into actionable strategies.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Intro Chat
If our Talent Acquisition Team believes that you could be a great fit for the role, we’ll invite you to a 30-45-minute introductory call. Our goal is to learn about your relevant experiences, skills, and motivations. This is also your chance to ask any questions you may have about FYUL.
Practical Task
Some roles require our candidates to complete a practical assignment. It helps us assess your problem-solving skills and your ability to complete the duties required for the role.
These can come in the form of a take-home assignment or a live session where a dedicated team member will guide you through the process and answer any of your questions.
Hiring Manager Interview
The next step is a 30-60-minute call to meet the hiring manager. The goal of this call is to assess if you have the skills necessary for the role. Expect more detailed questions about your experience and some situational or behavioral questions.
Decision and Offer
Once all of your interviews are done, our team will get together to review everyone’s feedback and make a decision.
If we decide that you are the best candidate for the role, our recruiter will reach out to you with an offer.
Once you have accepted the offer, our HR Operations Team will contact you to walk you through the contract signing process.
