About the role: 

At Printful, we strive for quality in all we do, and our Production Team plays an important part in achieving that goal. That’s why we’re looking for a detail-oriented Senior Associate to join us.

Your daily tasks will include:

• Assist associates with any connectivity, display, software, or hardware issues 

• Assist in troubleshooting machines prior to technician escalation

• Maintaining employee performance and behavior. 

• Conducting Start of Shift Responsibilities 

• Conducting During Shift Responsibilities 

• Create Fiix Tickets when deemed necessary

• Inform the Team Lead of production choke points 

• Ensuring PPE Procedures (personal protective equipment) are being followed

• Communicate department challenges with the Team Lead 

• Conducting end-of-shift responsibilities

• Leads the department if the Team Lead is absent

• Assists with lower-level duties to fill the production gap

• Other ad hoc duties as necessary, as assigned by the Team Lead and/or Floor Lead
