Principal Product Manager for Printful Enterprise Suite (Remote in the US - Eastern Time Zone)
We’re not one brand or one type of team. We’re a fast-growing global company made up of many disciplines – all working toward a shared goal: to power great brands, experiences, and people.
About the role:
Our team is at the heart of our success. You’ll be part of a culture where everyone is respected, included, and encouraged to grow. We value continuous learning, uphold a high work ethic, and have fun along the way. Our business keeps growing, so we’re looking for a skilled Principal Product Manager for Printful Enterprise Suite (Remote in the US - Eastern Time Zone) to join our team.
Printful is redefining what’s possible in on-demand fulfillment. As we scale our Enterprise Suite to serve the world’s most innovative brands, we’re looking for a Principal Product Manager to lead the development and launch of our next-generation enterprise platform.
This is not a role for first-time PMs or domain learners. This is a rare opportunity to shape a high-impact product line from the ground up — solving complex, multi-stakeholder problems across storefront orchestration, brand personalization, logistics, and API-based integrations.
You’ll work alongside senior leadership and cross-functional teams to build a modern, modular Enterprise platform that enables global brands, retailers, and agencies to seamlessly launch, scale, and manage merchandise at enterprise velocity.
Printful is expanding beyond merchants into the enterprise space, and your leadership will shape how we serve the next generation of retail, agency, and media clients.
If you want to help global brands turn creativity into commerce at speed — and build one of the most ambitious enterprise platforms in modern fulfillment — this is your next move.
We are looking for a remote team member who can effectively collaborate with both our US-based customers/team and our European team in Latvia (Eastern European Summer Time - EEST, 7 hours ahead of ET).
Your daily tasks will include:
- Lead the end-to-end product strategy and execution of Printful’s Enterprise Suite — including Engine, Stores, Studio, and Branding modules.
- Champion execution: deeply understand enterprise customer problems, map high-impact solutions, and own the roadmap from concept to adoption.
- Partner closely with Engineering, Sales, Design, Marketing, and Operations to ensure alignment and delivery excellence.
- Translate market and customer insight into clear requirements and differentiated product positioning.
- Drive go-to-market readiness and technical integration clarity — especially around APIs and modular system architecture.
- Communicate regularly with enterprise clients, build strong relationships, and serve as a trusted thought partner to strategic accounts.
- Identify whitespace and future opportunity areas where Printful can lead and disrupt.
- Serve as the voice of the product across internal stakeholders — clearly articulating strategy, roadmap rationale, tradeoffs, and outcomes.
- Willing and able to travel occasionally for key customer meetings, strategy offsites, and cross-functional alignment sessions when required.
Your First 90 Days:
- 30 days:
- Connect with Enterprise customers and be able to understand their needs.
- Being aware of Printful capabilities and opportunities.
- 60 days:
- Capable of defining a realistic delivery plan to provide value to our Enterprise customers.
- 90 days:
- Execute and deliver the top-priority features of your plan and obtain customer feedback to continue iterating.
Your qualifications:
- 10+ years of product management experience, with at least 3+ years focused on enterprise-grade platforms (e.g., SaaS, e-commerce, logistics, or infrastructure).
- This is not a position for learning the craft or the domain - you will need to provide value from the first month.
- Proven success leading multi-module product lines with API-first architecture and complex onboarding.
- You think in systems and solve for scale — while staying relentlessly focused on customer outcomes.
- You’ve shipped and owned mission-critical enterprise products and know what great GTM alignment looks like.
- Analytical mindset: you can interrogate data, spot patterns, and build strategic insight into your decision-making
- Strategic clarity + execution excellence: you balance long-term vision with bias for immediate impact.
- Strong stakeholder leadership: you can inspire, align, and influence across org levels — from C-suite to frontlines.
- Outstanding communicator: able to speak both business and tech fluently, written and verbally.
- Willing and able to travel for key customer meetings, strategy offsites, and cross-functional alignment sessions when required.
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience in the print-on-demand, e-commerce tooling, or logistics-tech space.
- Track record of building high-usage internal tools or merchant-facing dashboards.
- Built and scaled data-rich B2B2C platforms used by SMBs or brands at scale.
What we offer:
- Be part of a friendly, inclusive, and global team
- An opportunity to work remotely or in person, from one of our modern and welcoming offices in Rīga, Tallinn, or Barcelona
- Flexible working hours (start your day as late as 11 a.m.)
- Health insurance
- Access to mentorship, internal meetups, and hackathons both on-site and online
- Exciting team-building events and parties you’ll never forget!
- Free and healthy lunch if you work from the Rīga office
- Design and order your own merch using our platforms with employee discount
