We're looking for a driven Junior Business Development Manager (living in Vietnam) to join our dynamic Sales team. In this role, you'll be identifying, engaging, and converting potential customers into thriving merchants. You'll build strong relationships, understand their business needs, and demonstrate how Printify can be the solution to their e-commerce goals. Your focus will be on proactive outreach, presenting compelling solutions, and closing deals to expand our merchant base.
Your daily tasks will include:
- Drive customer acquisition by converting leads into active, paying merchants.
- Present, promote, and sell products and services using strong arguments to prospective customers.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of new business opportunities.
- Understand prospective merchants' business models and challenges, and articulate how our company can provide value.
- Negotiate and close sales agreements to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and optimize sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the Merchant Success team to ensure a smooth handover and successful onboarding of new merchants.
- Stay informed about e-commerce trends, industry best practices, and competitor activities to effectively position our company.
- Participate in activities that increase presence amongst Vietnamese merchants.
Your qualifications:
- 1+ years of proven experience in Sales, Business Development, or a similar role focused on new customer acquisition.
- Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Passion for technology and e-commerce.
- Experience in the software and/or technology industry, and/or Print on Demand industry is a plus.
- Experience using analytics and business intelligence tools such as Looker or Power BI. Ability to build effective data dashboards to monitor and improve KPIs is essential.
- Experience with CRM software is required.
- Fluent written and spoken English and Vietnamese proficiency.
- Technical aptitude to quickly learn new technologies and explain them to potential clients.
- A highly motivated, goal-oriented team player with strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Someone who is resilient, persistent, and able to handle objections effectively to close sales.

Intro Chat
If our Talent Acquisition Team believes that you could be a great fit for the role, we’ll invite you to a 30-45-minute introductory call. Our goal is to learn about your relevant experiences, skills, and motivations. This is also your chance to ask any questions you may have about FYUL.
Practical Task
Some roles require our candidates to complete a practical assignment. It helps us assess your problem-solving skills and your ability to complete the duties required for the role.
These can come in the form of a take-home assignment or a live session where a dedicated team member will guide you through the process and answer any of your questions.
Hiring Manager Interview
The next step is a 30-60-minute call to meet the hiring manager. The goal of this call is to assess if you have the skills necessary for the role. Expect more detailed questions about your experience and some situational or behavioral questions.
Decision and Offer
Once all of your interviews are done, our team will get together to review everyone’s feedback and make a decision.
If we decide that you are the best candidate for the role, our recruiter will reach out to you with an offer.
Once you have accepted the offer, our HR Operations Team will contact you to walk you through the contract signing process.
