Data Analyst
We’re not one brand or one type of team. We’re a fast-growing global company made up of many disciplines – all working toward a shared goal: to power great brands, experiences, and people.
About the role:
We are looking for a responsible and motivated Data Analyst to join our efforts in shaping the future of the print-on-demand industry.
You'll work closely with the Product Marketing team — a smart, data-driven group that operates at the intersection of product, supply, sales, and acquisitions. This role goes far beyond reporting; you’ll dive into rich, diverse data to help shape campaigns, uncover what drives user success, and guide key decisions.
Experience with both product and marketing analytics is essential, as your insights will directly influence strategy and performance measurement.
Your daily tasks will include:
- Act as a go-to data person within your respective team
- Engage in product analytics, ops analytics and business analytics
- Continuously improve your team's product features with suggestions from ad-hoc and regular data analysis
- You’ll level up fast by building production-grade analytics with state-of-the-art tools—Snowflake Intelligence, Streamlit in Snowflake, Amplitude, and more—gaining real ownership, mentorship, and impact at scale.
- In collaboration with our data engineers, you will define data models and ensure data quality through rigorous QA processes.
- You will work with Looker's analytical layer, defining explores, measures, and dimensions to support robust data exploration.
- Analyze internal, market, and customer levels of data regarding various business areas
- Translate data into actionable insights
Your qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, physics, economics or a related quantitative field required
- Strong written & verbal English communication skills
- 2 to 4 years of professional experience in data analysis
- Demonstrated ability to present and clearly articulate summarized data analysis results
- Advanced SQL skills and experience with Snowflake or similar data warehouses
- Proficiency in Excel usage for data analysis
- Hands-on experience with BI tools to create interactive dashboards and visualizations (Looker is a plus)
- Solid understanding of data modeling and data quality principles
- Hands-on experience with event tracking and product analytics tools is a plus
- Knowledge of A/B testing and causal inference is a plus
- Knowledge of machine learning models for business applications is a plus
What we offer:
- A global, inclusive team that’s as supportive as it is ambitious and serious about getting things done
- An opportunity to work remotely or in a modern
- Flexible working hours (start your day as late as 11 AM)
- Private health insurance
- 2 extra paid days off to focus on your mental or physical well-being
- 1 extra paid day off to celebrate a Birthday or any other celebration of your choice
- Internal and external learning opportunities
