About the role:
We are seeking an accomplished and visionary leader to join Printify as Supply Partnerships Team Lead. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for guiding and scaling our Supply Partnerships team—driving growth through impactful partner management, operational excellence, and strategic innovation.
Your daily tasks will include:
Leadership & Team Development
- Lead, coach, and grow a team of Supply Partnership Managers, fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, and high performance.
- Champion continuous learning and professional development, ensuring your team remains experts in partner engagement and industry best practices.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to guide the development of individual and team capabilities.
Strategic Partnership & Platform Growth
- Serve as a key strategic advisor to Platform leadership, helping to shape and execute long-term growth initiatives.
- Represent the Supply Partnerships team in cross-functional planning, business reviews, and senior-level discussions, both internally and externally.
- Identify new partnership opportunities and innovation areas that align with Printify’s and Printful’s business goals.
Partner Management Excellence
- Oversee the performance and relationship health of the team's Production Partner portfolio, maximizing partner revenue and satisfaction.
- Guide your team in developing and executing partner campaigns, incentive programs, and co-marketing initiatives to drive performance.
- Ensure your team runs a high-quality partner management cadence, including business reviews, check-ins, and operational updates.
Operational Strategy & Execution
- Monitor and improve internal processes and documentation to enhance team efficiency and scalability.
- Leverage data insights and partner feedback to identify gaps, address challenges, and implement solutions.
- Maintain oversight of pricing structures, service levels, and contractual agreements to ensure alignment with market dynamics and partner needs.
Your qualifications:
- A seasoned leader with 3+ years of experience in business partnerships, supplier or vendor management, or strategic account leadership.
- Demonstrated success in scaling partner programs, optimizing supplier performance, and leading high-impact teams.
- A strategic thinker with a bias for action, able to translate vision into clear execution plans.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of influence across diverse teams and senior executives.

- Monthly salary EUR 3,500–4,500 gross, depending on work experience, education, and skills

Intro Chat
If our Talent Acquisition Team believes that you could be a great fit for the role, we’ll invite you to a 30-45-minute introductory call. Our goal is to learn about your relevant experiences, skills, and motivations. This is also your chance to ask any questions you may have about FYUL.
Practical Task
Some roles require our candidates to complete a practical assignment. It helps us assess your problem-solving skills and your ability to complete the duties required for the role.
These can come in the form of a take-home assignment or a live session where a dedicated team member will guide you through the process and answer any of your questions.
Hiring Manager Interview
The next step is a 30-60-minute call to meet the hiring manager. The goal of this call is to assess if you have the skills necessary for the role. Expect more detailed questions about your experience and some situational or behavioral questions.
Decision and Offer
Once all of your interviews are done, our team will get together to review everyone’s feedback and make a decision.
If we decide that you are the best candidate for the role, our recruiter will reach out to you with an offer.
Once you have accepted the offer, our HR Operations Team will contact you to walk you through the contract signing process.
