Senior Product Manager - AI Products
We’re not one brand or one type of team. We’re a fast-growing global company made up of many disciplines – all working toward a shared goal: to power great brands, experiences, and people.
About the role:
Our team is at the heart of our success. You’ll be part of a culture where everyone is respected, included, and encouraged to grow. We value continuous learning, uphold a high work ethic, and have fun along the way. Our business keeps growing, so we’re looking for a skilled Senior Product Manager - AI Products to join our team.
Imagine a world where anyone, from a first-time creator to a seasoned e-commerce seller, can bring unique product ideas to life in minutes, where AI helps them design, personalize, and launch their vision without technical barriers. That’s the future we’re building!
E-commerce itself is on the brink of a massive transformation: moving away from static search-driven shopping experiences toward agentic platforms, where AI agents anticipate needs, create designs, and deliver hyper-personalized shopping journeys.
As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping this future by building the infrastructure, services, and AI capabilities that power this next wave of e-commerce.
You’ll dive deep into discovery, run experiments, and validate ideas with real users before scaling them. By combining data, empathy, and creativity, you’ll ensure our AI products don’t just sound exciting but also solve meaningful problems and deliver measurable impact.
This is a role for a discovery-driven leader who thrives at the intersection of technology and customer experience, with the curiosity to ask “what if?” and the discipline to prove “what works.”
Your daily tasks will include:
- Product Discovery & Validation
- Lead customer interviews, usability tests, and surveys to uncover real needs and opportunities.
- Run A/B testing, prototypes, and rapid experiments to validate assumptions and derisk product bets.
- Partner with data science and UX research to blend qualitative insights with quantitative evidence.
- Continuously refine problem statements and solution hypotheses based on user feedback and test results.
- Product Strategy & Roadmap
- Develop and own the GenAI product vision and roadmap, grounded in validated customer insights.
- Spot and proactively drive opportunities where AI can elevate design, personalization, recommendations, and operations.
- Product Development & Execution
- Translate discovery findings into product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Work closely with data scientists, engineers and designers to bring AI-powered features from concept to launch.
- Ensure outcomes are tied to clear customer and business value, not just outputs.
- Cross-functional Collaboration
- Align with other cross-functional teams, marketing, and design on product positioning and GTM.
- Communicate discovery learnings, product direction, and experiment results with executives and stakeholders.
- Performance & Optimization
- Define and track success metrics to measure AI product adoption, impact, and ROI.
- Drive continuous iteration and optimization through data-driven insights and customer feedback loops.
Your qualifications:
- 6+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years in AI/ML or discovery-heavy product development.
- Proven success in running customer discovery programs, A/B testing, and iterative experiments.
- E-commerce, marketplace, or creator-focused product experience is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, workflows, and performance measurement.
- Proficient in analytics, experimentation, and research methods for informed decision-making.
- Ability to define KPIs, source data and perform simple analysis independently
- Exceptional at telling the “story” of customer needs and product impact.
- Skilled at influencing and aligning cross-functional teams with evidence-based priorities.
- Confident communicator with executives, stakeholders, and technical teams alike.
- Naturally curious, always questioning and testing assumptions.
- Customer-obsessed and passionate about unlocking creative potential with AI.
- Comfortable balancing bold vision with disciplined discovery and validation.
What we offer:
- A global, inclusive team that’s as supportive as it is ambitious and serious about getting things done
- An opportunity to work remotely or in a modern and welcoming office in Riga
- Flexible working hours (start your day as late as 11 AM)
- Private health insurance
- 2 extra paid days off to focus on your mental or physical well-being
- 1 extra paid day off to celebrate a Birthday or any other celebration of your choice
- Internal and external learning opportunities
- Access to mentorship, internal meetups, and hackathons, both on-site and online
- Free and healthy lunch if you work from the Rīga office
- Design and order your own merch using our platforms with an employee discount
