Your daily tasks will include:
- Product Development:
Develop a strategic roadmap for the team that aligns with the company's overall goals and product vision.
Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from idea generation to launch, focusing on features related to new merchant onboarding and activation.
Collaborate closely with engineering and data teams to translate requirements into clear technical specifications and ensure timely project delivery.
Engage with stakeholders to understand user needs, market dynamics, and competitive trends, shaping the product strategy accordingly.
Iterate continuously on product features based on user feedback, usability tests, and data analysis to enhance onboarding and retention metrics.
Prioritize feature enhancements and bug fixes considering their impact and resource availability.
- Data Analysis:
Utilize data-driven insights to identify opportunities for optimizing onboarding and retention processes.
Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish tracking mechanisms to evaluate the success of product initiatives.
- User Research:
Conduct user research through surveys, interviews, and usability studies to validate product hypotheses and gather actionable feedback.
Advocate for user-centricity by integrating research findings into product decisions and enhancements.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work collaboratively with teams across departments like design, marketing, customer support, and sales to ensure cohesive alignment and successful product launches.
- Documentation and Training:
Create comprehensive documentation, including user guides and internal training materials, to facilitate effective onboarding of new users and team members.
- Market Analysis:
Monitor industry trends and competitor strategies related to onboarding and retention solutions to inform product differentiation and innovation efforts.
Stay informed about regulatory requirements and compliance standards affecting product development.
- Feedback Management:
Establish efficient feedback channels, such as customer feedback loops and support systems, to gather actionable insights for product improvement.
Implement processes for prioritizing and addressing customer feedback in product updates.
- Team Leadership:
Demonstrate leadership by fostering a customer-centric culture and promoting continuous improvement within the team.
Your qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager with a proven track record of building and launching successful end-customer products.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, marketplace dynamics, and consumer behavior.
- Exceptional product management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive projects to completion.
- Proficiency in using data-driven insights to make informed product decisions and drive continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with agile development methodologies and product management tools.
- Passion for innovation, creativity, and staying updated with industry trends.

Our Hiring Process
Intro Chat
If our Talent Acquisition Team believes that you could be a great fit for the role, we’ll invite you to a 30-45-minute introductory call. Our goal is to learn about your relevant experiences, skills, and motivations. This is also your chance to ask any questions you may have about FYUL.
Hiring Manager Interview
The next step is a 30-60-minute call to meet the hiring manager. The goal of this call is to assess if you have the skills necessary for the role. Expect more detailed questions about your experience and some situational or behavioral questions.
Whiteboard Session
Some roles require our candidates to complete a whiteboard session. It helps us assess your problem-solving skills and your ability to complete the duties required for the role.
It is a 60-minute live session where a Product Manager will guide you through the process and answer any of your questions.
Peer Interviews
You would also meet senior stakeholders from different domains to talk about various topics such as product execution, communication, etc. These interviews can come in the form of 1:1s or group calls of 30-45 minutes.
Final Interview
Your last meeting will be a 60-minute call with a member of senior management relevant to your role.
Decision and Offer
Once all of your interviews are done, our team will get together to review everyone’s feedback and make a decision.
If we decide that you are the best candidate for the role, our recruiter will reach out to you with an offer.
Once you have accepted the offer, our HR Operations Team will contact you to walk you through the contract signing process.
